We recently completed a tank restoration project in Salt Lake City for a customer who was concerned about corrosion threatening the longevity of their equipment. The tank’s original coating had begun to break down, allowing rust to form on the surface. To address the issue, our team began by thoroughly removing the old, failing coating through sandblasting. This process not only stripped away all rust and residue but also prepared the steel surface for optimal coating adhesion.

Once the surface was properly prepared, we applied a high-performance protective coating specifically designed to resist corrosion and harsh environmental conditions. This new coating will help prevent future rusting, reduce long-term maintenance needs, and significantly extend the life of the tank.
